Michal (Mike) Cialowicz is a San Francisco-based engineering executive, technologist, and photographer. He leads large engineering organizations building AI-powered products at scale and has guided 100+ person teams through complex post-acquisition integrations. He loves a hard technical problem, but the real draw for him has always been impact through people and technology: the satisfaction of building useful products, alongside teams he's helped grow.
He's also been a seed investor and advisor to early-stage startups since 2018, including companies like Mytos, which automates manufacturing for cell and regenerative therapies.
